इलाहाबाद : बेसिक टीचर ट्रेनिंग यानी बीटीसी को शासन ने सत्र 2016 से ही बॉय-बॉय कर दिया है। नए भर्ती आदेश में हर जगह डीएलएड यानी डिप्लोमा इन एलीमेंटरी एजुकेशन दर्ज हो गया है। इस बार प्रवेश के नियमों में छिटपुट बदलाव हुआ है लेकिन कोर्स का पाठ्यक्रम, अवधि, फीस, आयु सीमा आदि पहले की तरह ही है।  परीक्षा नियामक प्राधिकारी सचिव को मंगलवार को डीएलएड 2016 सत्र का शासनादेश मिल गया है। इसके लिए 14 जून से ऑनलाइन आवेदन लिए जाएंगे। डीएलएड की प्रवेश प्रक्रिया में बड़ा बदलाव यह है कि इस बार सब कुछ ऑनलाइन है। अभ्यर्थी आवेदन से लेकर फीस जमा करने व काउंसिलिंग तक की प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन कर सकेंगे। सचिव डा. सुत्ता सिंह ने मंगलवार को एनआइसी के अधिकारियों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन का कार्यक्रम मंजूरी के लिए भेजा है। सचिव ने बताया कि उन्होंने 12 जून से ही ऑनलाइन आवेदन लेने का कार्यक्रम बनाया था, लेकिन एनआइसी 14 जून से आवेदन लेने को सहमत हुआ है। बुधवार को ऑनलाइन आवेदन का पूरा कार्यक्रम जारी होने के आसार हैं। 1उन्होंने बताया कि डीएलएड की कक्षाएं सितंबर के दूसरे सप्ताह में आठ या नौ सितंबर से शुरू होंगी। इस बार सीटों में भी बद
