          सरकारी स्कूलों में शिक्षकों की उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित कराने के लिए गुरुवार को एडी बेसिक ने एडवांस एप्लिकेशन फॉर्मेट जारी किया है।            इस फॉर्मेट के बाद शिक्षक स्कूल बंक नहीं कर पाएंगे और उनके द्वारा ली गई सभी आकस्मिक छुट्टियों का ब्योरा रखना आसान होगा।            बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग ने फिलहाल लखनऊ मंडल के सभी प्राथमिक और उच्च प्राथमिक स्कूलों में इस फॉर्मेट से छुट्टी लेने का आदेश जारी कर दिया है।             शिक्षकों को साल में जितनी आकस्मिक छुट्टी मिलती हैं क्रमांक संख्या के साथ उन्हें उतने ही फॉर्म दे दिए जाएंगे। इन फॉर्म पर ब्लॉक एजुकेशन ऑफिसर (बीईओ) के प्री हस्ताक्षर होंगे। शिक्षक जब भी छुट्टी पर जाएंगे तो वहीं फॉर्म उन्हें देंगे।             फॉर्म खत्म होने के बाद उन्हें छुट्टी के लिए पूर्व सूचना देनी होगी। अब तक ...
